Returns & Refunds
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused.
- Original tags and packaging must remain intact.
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for standard return shipping costs. SALTUM covers return shipping when an item arrives damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your return has been received, inspected and approved, the refund will be released to the original payment method within approximately 3–7 working days.
Exchanges
Eligible items may be exchanged after the original item has been returned and inspected.
