SALTUM offers standard shipping to the United States and worldwide. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders over $49.
Shipping is not available to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Customers in remote areas or with special shipping requests may contact info@saltum.com.
International duties, taxes and import charges are not included in the shipping fee and may be charged according to local customs regulations.
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and order ID.

SALTUM currently provides free exchange service for eligible items. Send the original item back, and the replacement will be arranged after it reaches our warehouse.
Refund Policy
Approved refunds are released to the original payment method within approximately 3–7 working days.
Return requests must be started within 30 days of receiving the order. Products must be unused, in their original condition and returned with their original packaging.
Returned items are inspected after arrival. Products that are damaged, incomplete or no longer in their original condition may only qualify for a partial refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns. SALTUM covers the shipping cost when an order arrives damaged or defective.
For exchanges, customers must send the original item back to the SALTUM warehouse before the replacement is arranged.
Once the return has been received, inspected and approved, SALTUM aims to release the refund to the original payment method within 3–7 working days.
The final posting time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
