May Not Qualify

  • Return requested outside the 30-day period
  • Product shows signs of use or wear
  • Product has been damaged after delivery

Partial refunds

All returned items are inspected. An item that is damaged, incomplete or no longer in its original condition for reasons not caused by SALTUM may only qualify for a partial refund.

Who Pays the Return Cost?

Standard Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item because of preference, fit, size or another non-defective reason.

Damaged or Defective Orders

SALTUM covers the applicable return shipping cost when an item arrives damaged or defective. Contact us before sending the item back.

Exchange shipping

SALTUM currently supports free exchanges for eligible products in their original condition. Customers must first ship the original item back to our warehouse. The replacement is arranged after the returned item is received and inspected.

What Happens After You Return an Item?

Once your return reaches our warehouse, it will be inspected. Approved payments are then released to the original payment method within approximately 3–7 working days.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Email info@saltum.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item you wish to return and whether you would prefer a refund or exchange.

Can I exchange an item for another size?

Eligible products in their original condition may be exchanged. You will need to send the original product back to our warehouse before the replacement is arranged.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for standard return shipping costs. SALTUM covers applicable return shipping costs when an order arrives damaged or defective.

How long does a refund take?

After your return has been received, inspected and approved, SALTUM aims to release the refund to your original payment method within 3–7 working days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post it.

What happens if I receive a damaged or defective item?

Contact info@saltum.com before returning the product. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue so our team can assist you.

Can I cancel my order?

You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. After delivery, you may request a return according to this policy.

How are gift purchases refunded?

When an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, an eligible return is issued as gift credit. After the returned item is received, a gift code is sent by email.

When the item was not marked as a gift, or was delivered to the gift giver, the refund is issued to the original purchaser.
