I have the lululemon fast and free and these are a great alternative. I wear a size 6 lulu fast and free and got a medium and I think the fit is very good. I think if I sized down they would be too tight, since they do have a drawstring in the waist. Overall very pleased with the quality, and the color was really cool. Will buy more colors for sure (especially now that I can get 3 pair for the price of 1 lulu!). For reference I am 5’6 140lbs
